Tom Homan just spoke the other day about this and said they are flying them so far into the interior and just handing them a paper to show up when they get to the city of their choice they don't even take names to know who has come in and that it would be impossible to find them and get them out. Low estimate is 3 million so far others estimate 5-10 million with all the got aways. If you watch Ben and others at the border you will see the discard any ID before they are ever found.
