Homo marriage, yes. Contraception, no. Only Roman Catholics want to make birth control illegal.

Agree completely. It should be for the individual States (or local governments) to decide. If not in the listed powers of the federal government, it is for the local governments to decide. Time to start using the Constitution as it was intended to limit the powers of the nation-level government.
