It's basically a hash or checksum. It's generated by the characters that make up Q's username/password. It's either really Q, or it's someone that got ahold of Q's credentials. If they logged in some other way, like with a password reset for example, it would generate a different code.

It could also be a compromised server. The id could be hardcoded if you can modify the code on the server. Just saying.
