Shocking Florida isn’t on there. Wonder what desantis is gonna do. But I thought legislators and bills have to be made before it gets passed as law? Is the governor of all these states just banning it ?

Most of them were laws that only went into effect after Roe was repealed, so called "trigger" laws.
