When you are a Resident and NOT a PRESIDENT, your signature is worthless, i.e. null and void.

This has already been ruled on by the SC twice. Red flag laws infringes on due process. If he did sign it a federal judge will soon place a injunction on it and it will go in front of the SC again.

Now will these commies try to enact red flag laws on a state level ? Yes they're commies. Those cases will have to be litigated and should get struck down under the same grounds as the CCW case.

It pretty much said its not within the governments purview federal, state or otherwise. The whole point of the bill of rights was to tell the government they have no authority to infringe on those fundamental rights.

The only way they could is to ammend the constitution and for that they'd need a convention of states. For this reason I am totally against a convention of the states. I have no faith that if the states were to convene that anything good would come from it. Its far more likely we'd get screwed as always
