Tippy top? Somebody asked asked Q to get trump to say tip top on SOTU. Trump never said it. He said it 3 months later at the easter day speech. Then it turned out Trump says it all the time. Its one of his most used phrases. Here he is saying it from 2016. Just type "trump tip top" in youtube and look how many results you get. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEDW83e5-NM
