Isn't the place he's doing this rally called Mendon? that's what the RSBN stream says anyway, Quincy is close to it though

Mendon is a village in Adams County, Illinois, United States. The population was 953 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Quincy, IL–MO Micropolitan Statistical Area. The village is named after Mendon, Massachusetts.
