Since Q has started up again, there are alot of ppl who want to see, in other words...want to "explore" this Q phenomenon that everyone is talking about...think of this as taking a "swimming" lesson. That is what the newcomers are doing...Be Patient, Tell them the Truth and above all---Be Respectful!!! The above reply is right on the money...

Also, WELCOME them as you would into your own home!!! This is HOW I look at it and I have not been on here very long BUT, I like the way they make newcomers feel!!! All the best!!!
