Maybe true, maybe not. But whenever I see people making an allegation that Q posts are a ploy to sell coffee cups, hats, and T-shirts, it diminishes their case.
People who make coffee cups, hats, and shirts need to get paid, thus cutting into the tremendous profits (sarcasm) that the sale of trinkets brings in. The amount of work, and risk to manage a scam surrounding Q posts simply doesn't seem worth it to me.
That isn't to say that the original post is without merit. But there are some fairly weak claims, and allegations being made here, along with some interesting insights. 2 cents /off.
