Can someone ELI5 me as to why YT allows live Trump rallies, but then deletes them as soon as finished?

I started watching a bit late, so i rewinded to the start. Then, while watching, they nuked it. Like, as soon as he was done, in real time.

Ted Cruz described his experience with discussing free speech with the CEO of YouTube, Susan Wojcicki.

Cruz explained that Wojcicki believed Conservative Christians should thank her for not automatically crucifying all of them like they deserve. She explained that the few Conservative Christians voices that she permits are an example of her charity.

A few weeks after that interview, Susan Wojcicki decided to give herself an award for being a free speech champion.
