Researched this awhile back and found their (permanent) federal inmate number has a 3 digit code which indicates the federal (or approved) detention facility they were originally processed at and there is a guide for it.
Both JE and GM do NOT have a booking number that match any number in any federal detention facility.
Need an example of normal booking number? Look up NXIVM’s leader Keith Raniere whom was convicted and now serving 120 years.
I think they are both are classified and sitting in Gitmo or another black site for safekeeping and stuff like this is noise just to keep relevant and fresh in people’s minds.
