This is the problem with every single liberalisation issue the left supports:

decriminalise homosexuality - nek minnit = grooming children
relax voting rules to allow invalids to advance vote - nek minnit = 2000 mules
recycling for green lunatics - nek minnit = gas $7 a gallon
equal rights for women - nek minnit = believe all women, men can't win in Family Court ever!
support legal migrants better - nek minnit = secretly flying millions of illegals and depositing them in every state in the middle of the night. We have to face it. Joe McCarthy was right and he wasn't conducting witch hunts, he was performing life-saving surgery.
