I haven't felt this doomed since I realized I wasn't going to be able to buy a home anymore here in Florida. Rent's shot up too. Have to figure out if i can get assistance.

He can sign whatever he wants, doesn't mean it's enforceable - particularly when it directly contradicts the constitution.
