Its called the mark of the beast. The Satanists want you to make the choice and willingly decide to throw away your natural god-given immune system and allow their poison into your body.

They love tricking people, but they want it to be YOUR choice. They dont have to make a highly infectious deisease. They just need a weapon that makes you vulnerable to every mundane germ and bacteria that is already around us.
