cancer cures for dogs?

I'm aware of many of the human cures for cancer and while an alkaline diet may do wonders for a dog, is there other proven alternatives? the horse paste i have has a warning that the stuff could kill dogs. not sure why the warning singles out dogs but it does concern me a bit

I am treating my dog for mast cell tumor. Pao V from Beljinski.

He is doing good. If the tumor is outside, I use Tumorid.

I had a dog who passed away from mast cell tumor. Did you ever find what might have caused it? Is it certain foods?

I cannot say for sure. I only take rescue and whatever former lives they have I do not know.
