From 18 weeks it's definitely a human baby and feels pain. Before that, it's uncertain. Food for thought.

They are said to feel pain (scalpel and otherwise) at 9-12 weeks. The ability to feel pain is a marker for sentience. This should be the minimum standard for defining human life.
