No its not. If i was the questioning type i would think they used the multiple person video as a "get out of jail card" and made it for that exact reason. If i was the criminal type i would never say anything incriminating in a group call, or in any call like this as anybody could be earwigging. I may even make some of these "just in case" . Anybody with experience of criminals will know this so this wont work on anybody from the prosecution.
