I have a six year old that just popped for the covid scam...any recommendations on how to treat/ what medicines can be used for a child? I have vitamin D zinc and vitamin C. Is this safe for children?

Three grandkids with exposure to covid received ivermectin as a precaution for 3 days and zinc. Got mild covid and recovered in days.
