Yes they had to have known she would be shot because none of them ducked or ran when the gun went off which would be a natural reaction. They have no morals so money would be enough to make them go along with anything. IIRC the police in the hall stood back allowing the kids to work on her. They didn't try to back anyone up or help her which isn't protocol. So many weird things about that shooting. I just think it would cost them too much money to hire s crisis actress and then hire fake family members to keep up the charade with press conferences. It makes more sense that they planned to kill someone to rile the crowd to more violence and she was chosen
