That was comms on June 29, 2020.

It was during that time that the George Floyd, BLM and Antifa protests were all going strong in many major cities. That was the summer of burning and looting an tearing down statues.

It's probable that it was a call to action at the time to prevent Deep State plans to cause more disruption.
