All it would take to codify (new lib word) the deep state would be for Pelosi and Mitch to create a massive bill with all current fed rulings. Do you think the RINOs would resist? Do you think Sleepy Joe would sign it? Sorry to piss on the parade but these people are criminals and will do whatever it takes to keep themselves in power.
