Depends on what we call "sodomy." There was a case that made it to the SC. But I agree, unenforceable mostly.

"Mr. X, you are charged with sodomy. We have a warrant to search for the evidence!"

If you look at the dictionary definition of "sodomy" it refers to any non-vaginal sex. Ever give head? Sorry, you're a sodomite too!

That's why it's unenforceable - if anti-sodomy laws are only applied to gays, then you suddenly have an equal protection problem.
