How do you know it was them? We all already know that Fauci is a genocidal maniac. He worked with AIDS in the past. He probably directly had a hand in killing many people and ruining many more lives.

Sure he/someone may of manufactured AIDS, but faggots spread it like wildfire by having tons upon tons of unprotected "sex". Sodomy is a gateway to spreading deadly diseases that are not easily transmittable. And god knows what else those people do
