There will most likely be brown outs/black outs in those states who have already destroyed their coal-fired power plants. CA is a prime example. They have put idiotic laws in place that requires power companies to purchase "Green Power" to supply to their customers. On hot days with ACs running at max capacity, there will not be enough power available to meet the demand, so the power companies will shut off circuits to save the grid.
