They didn't do it for 50 years. Pretty sure that explains why nothing has come up after SCrOTUS ended it. Given that the reaction to the decision was more positive than negative (seems like your typical rent-a-mob than anything authentic), I think that makes clear where the majority of the country stands on the topic.
