Declaring that someone is somehow guilty of a felony, for heaving a large amount of cash on hand; its like declaring all men rapists, because they carry a penis on them at all times, and all women prostitutes because they are equipped for the job.

Seems like you should be able, at a minimum, be able to both find the money, and evidence of an illegal transaction before taking anything - and then we have that issue for Due Process.
