My life is mine, given that it is eternal. My agency is mine, a gift He has never and will never seize from anyone. Property is a result of applied life and agency. All things are His, but He does not justify the seizing of them from us by our wicked brothers and sisters on the grounds that they aren't our own, for as they do unto us, they do unto the Lord.

This is the basis of the divinity of the U.S.Constitution, those three unalienable rights.
