We are at War. There are two main rules to warfare: Rule number one in war is that people die. Rule number two is you can't change rule number one. There are always going to be casualties in war. If you want to see what would happen if they accelerated The Plan, look no further than Myanmar. Amplify that by an order of magnitude, and you would get what could happen here.
