Ivermectin while pregnant?

Not totally Q related, but it is a part of cures. Mrs anon is 6 weeks pregnant, and coming down with something. We have both just used ivermectin, is this safe first trimester? Little worried.

Thanks guys, figured to stay on the side of caution during this time! Glad to hear from others who have been pregnant! Congrats! Vax free and fertile feels good!!! This is our first, ultrasound tomorrow as well. Very exciting. I have heard of this raspberry leaf tea, I will have to find some.
