Fraud is a crime because the person being defrauded is acting based on false information. People who willingly took a vaccine they believed was safe and effective, as it was promoted as such by respected institutions and people, such as supposedly neutral government agencies, the media, politicians on both sides of the aisle, from Obama to Trump, our own doctors, and more, did not willingly take poison.
