Deputy Administrative Litigation Judge Alejandro Recarey urged the Presidency, the Ministry of Public Health, State Health Services Administration (ASSE) and Pfizer to submit all the information about COVID-19 vaccines within 48 hours, MVD Noticias reported and confirmed El Observador. The initiation is based on an amparo process initiated to suspend the application of these vaccines in children.

On Wednesday, a hearing will be held at the 9th where representatives of all the agencies and the company must appear. In the injunction, the magistrate sets out over 15 points the information they must bring.

In them, he asks that they present the contract for the purchase of the vaccines, state whether they have clauses of civil indemnity or criminal impunity of the suppliers for possible adverse effects, provide "wide detail" of the biochemical composition of the vaccines, to explain how the distribution of the batches was and their criteria, to specify which ones are messenger RNA and what it means

It also requests that information be provided on the possible "presence of graphene oxide" or "nanotechnological elements".

In another order, it requires that it be certified and substantiated whether vaccines are "experimental or not," as well as presenting "what is scientifically known - and is not known - about the effectiveness of those labeled as vaccines."

In addition, it is requested that they provide official figures that "demonstrate the negative or positive incidence of so-called vaccination in the number of infections and deaths diagnosed with covid from the beginning of the campaign to date" and to state if studies have been carried out "tending to explain the notorious increase in deaths from covid-19 from March 2021 compared to the previous year."

Finally, he asks for details of the average global age of deaths in Uruguay diagnosed with COVID-19 and how many of those deaths were exclusively caused by the disease.
