Rachel Chandler aka Ray Chandler, Child Handler / Madam for Epstein and Maxwell Rachel Chandler is an agency asset who was responsible for the trafficking of many underage children to Epstein Island and more.... She intermixed with the Hollywood crowd, and uses her photography skills and connections to reign control over the elite. 100x worst then Allison Mack.
