Bad headache, high fever, bad body aches. I did 1 round of the paste so far. But how many more a day?

It doesn't work without Zinc. 50mg a day. Also 5000 - 10000iu Vit D

copper is if you are taking tons of D and K3 to balance. If you have covid I have never heard about using copper.
