A lady I work with has had a ferocious sinus infection and cough for 6 weeks. Lots of other co-workers and family members complaining of not feeling well for weeks on end. I also know of two individuals have gotten shingles which is unusual. Of course, I'd like to ask them if they had the jabs (which I believe they have), but I'm not bringing that up....many get defensive. Something has changed, especially with the Summer period being here where this sort of thing is not very common.

Short story long - both wife and I had the “COVID” in January. Mine was way worse than hers, as her illness lasted about a week whereas I was horribly sick for over two weeks. It probably took me about a month+ to fully recover and another month after that to regain the 23 pounds I lost in January.
Strange thing after my wife’s illness is she now has constant allergy issues and a always-recurring sinus infection. From two consultations with medical practitioners and partly from her own research, she’s tried multiple courses of antibiotics, ivermectin, HCQ, supplements, twice daily nasal rinses and nebulizer treatments and each time she finishes a seven, ten, or fifteen-day course of therapeutics, within a few days of finishing a treatment the sinus infection comes right back. She’s at her wit’s end, as she’s never been chronically sick like this in her life. Any suggestions to help her would be greatly appreciated!
BTW for background - we’re not vaccinated. At work I’d estimate that about a third of the vaxxed people in my building have had COVID over the last 60 days, some having it worse than others. I’d also say that half of those people have thoroughly regretted getting vaccinated, realizing NOW that it was mostly all risk with almost no benefit. Some I know are also worried that their next “thing” could be a clot, heart attack, or cancer. And some of these people are very angry at themselves for taking the vax, and are just as angry at the company for “persuading” them to get vaccinated. Who knows - maybe some of these people will be the vanguard of the next line of “refuseniks” who will stand against the next booster “requirement.” It’ll be nice to have some company the next time around.
