I am desperate to find help. I have very bad neuropathy. Any suggestions. Being in a pool helps temporarily. Being in a hot bath helps temporarily. I need relief and this Gabapentin is dangerous I know. What can I do to help this?

OP, most definitely I can appreciate your experience. The following is Not intended as medical advice. Check any related documentation available for your best usage. Use good common sense. Your mileage may vary. My experience is as a senior citizen of nearly 300 pounds in relatively good health.
I sincerely believe that my regular usage of NAC has helped with my neuropathy but that's just my own experience. I was able to find NAC at my health-food store. 600mg capsules. One in the morning and one before bed.
AND:
Magnesium - in caplet form - from Wally-World. 500 mg caplets (or capsules)
Cinnamon - capsules - anytime of the day or night. Again, from Wally-World. Again,
on the bottle and then make your own decisions. Probably depends on your body-mass. Betcha can also find this at your health-food store
Alpha-Lipolic acid - capsules - anytime of the day or night. Sorry to be (again) sending you to Walmart but hey, if that's the only place it's available?
PRAYERS going up for you; I have personal experience with neuropathy and I don't wish it onto anyone. GBY and your loved ones, dear u/AwakeJesusisComing21! He. IS. RISEN!
Magnesium is not well absorbed from the gut, topical applications of Magnesium oil are better. Make your own by dissolving Mg crystals - just keep off broken skin or it will sting.
