In 2012 Obama "modernizes" the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and thereby legalizes Domestic Propaganda allowing the US Gov to pass off staged drills as real in the MSM. Almost overnight mass "shootings" skyrocket. They choose to be enemies.

do you mean specifically the fact that after Smith-Mundt passed, mass shootings skyrocketed? People noticed that specifically?

No, that the news slipped up and reported that he made disinformation legal.
