I checked out the last 10 years. The "unknown" category showed up first in 2019 with 522 deaths. Then again in 2020 with 1464 deaths. In 2021 it was the number one killer with 3362 deaths. I only ever knew of 1 person whose autopsy wasn't able to find a cause of death. She was talking on the phone and dropped dead. The person she was talking to called her husband to check on her and he found her on the kitchen floor with their 2 year old crying there beside her. People talked about it for years like it was the weirdest thing that ever happened. That was 20 years ago. Now there are thousands and thousands of such deaths and the most the gov't will say about it is they are trying to figure it out.
