Literally every time they explain what Q is they use the same phrase:

"Followers of the false QAnon conspiracy theory believe there is a “deep state” within the US government that is controlled by a cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles."

They pick the most outlandish thing normies wouldn't believe. Q rarely talks about that. Probably like 1% of the posts are specifically about a govt being controlled by satanic worshiping pedos.
