So ... If I understand the Kyle R prosecution farce , it's illegal for Minors to cross state borders with a weapon, just IN CASE he had to defend his own life.... but it's not illegal to do the same, to pre-emptively end a life?

Yet Gun laws are too lenient and abortion laws are too restrictive... ?
