He himself is a lookalike along with others in positions of power. The bad guy plan is to replace and/or control humanity. Everything is surreal in the series. That about covers all the streaming services for white hat messaging. They didn't dump all the episodes at once either, dropping them one at a time and they're only up to two right now.

Wow. I didn't realize that turd was still steaming!
Was watching 'Only Murders In the Building' with my parents, Season 1 was absolute gold. Then the main character went gay and started making out with another chick for no reason....
We all audibly groaned and effectively gave up on the series
It's been a while... I remember liking the first season and maybe the second... I left when they left West world. It's called West world, not a bunch of worlds and the real world. WTF?
The previous season was pretty based I thought, with the uprising against what was implied to be the central government/banks. The phone app for hit jobs/incentivizing crime was an interesting concept too. Have not watched it yet, will likely be watching when a few more episodes come out
Most recent episode has some incredibly on the nose quotes (not verbatim, from memory). Such as the senator / humanoid who says “I’m an emissary of the new world order”. And the corporate chick stealing lines from the Ghosts in the Machine video like “Didn’t you ever want to know who was pulling the strings? I wanted to be the one controlling from the shadows.”
All kinds of awakening messaging from the beginning of the series. No idea if it’s white or black hat comms, but the whole show is littered with them and impossible to miss by the awakened.
I think we can distinguish between the hats by observing if the protagonists overcome the evil or surrender to it.
Is it Hulk Hogan?
