Nobody that I know of is requiring the Vax anymore, the issue is the ones that took the Vax, coupled with buyouts/early retirements during the “pandemic” and finally the retirement numbers over the next 10 years. This isn’t just a issue with the elite, it’s across the board from 135 carriers through the regionals and majors
