This type of incident was/is completely predictable and is precisely why I objec tot Red Flag laws. It is far too easy to"Poison Pen" someone without recrimination and the subject is denied all Constitutional rights.

The Red Flag laws seem to be 'the State's' big goal right now. We need to keep "a rifle behind every blade of grass" to fight off their tyranny.
