That and even if they were to try and target a specific race, well, it’s not like there is one gene that toggles your skin color… there are many genes that interact. Not to say that I doubt some crazy Chinese bioweapon developer would try, or that Planned Parenthood would be happy to go along with it out of pure Malthusian spite, but I don’t think they will be successful.
