This is fake. There is more information out there to counter this now than there is to confirm it.
There were other posts spreading this fakery (knowingly or unknowingly) and now seem to be deleted, I suggest the same for this. Here is what I posted in one of the deleted posts about this just a few hours ago :
Plane has no door. Certainly hasn't flown in a while - looks dusty.
Has a 'N' prefix on tail number denoting US aicraft. The Dutch (Netherlands) can afford their own government fleet and register it in their own country. Civil aircraft in Netherlands would be 'PH' or 'PJ'. The Royal Netherlands Airforce use 'V'.
According to this wiki page they have 1 Gulfstream IV to be replaced by a Gulfstream G650 [edit: for transport use]. The wiki is referencing this article in dutch. Plane in the picture does not look like either.
