My personal opinion.. he knew her before the affair.. she may not have been babysitting for Biden as the age of 15 since he wouldn’t of had children for another 1-2 years later but at she could have been a baby sitter for them at 16-17 n know Biden and starting a relationship. She continued school then went to U of Del and then married her ex-husband Bill. During that time he tried to take her to the Springsteen concert and she rejected that offer due to prior obligations to babysit Beau and Hunter. This theory is further solidify by the corvette story and Biden driving and fixing Bill/Jill’s car prior to her divorce.
