Book looks real to me. There's something funny about the belly. Check the blouse edges below her right arm.
For sure blurring and blending tool used there. Way more sloppy and amateur there. Bracelet blurred to the point it is blended completely gone at the bottom of the wrist.
So it is interesting this was photoshopped, sort of like a discredit campaign to set the tone and say, YoU sEe! sHe iS nOt PrEgnANt! Fake Reeeeeee! When she is obviously reading that book. Now it could be real and it was photoshopped sloppily on purpose for the same end.
