Did Q ever mention something about medbeds that are supposed to heal all ailments?

Q never mentioned Medbeds. But they already exist in military labs. They use Earth's frequency and precise lasers to heal cells at the atomic level.

can I use a tone generator and set it to 7.33 Hz and get the same benefits or must it come though a special audio track?
