Re; reservation money.
Was just camping at Neah Bay WA and watched a surfer group (not sure if paid or charity) that I learned goes up and down entire West Coast teaching tribal children how ti swim and surf. Was cool to watch and while a good program, I was wondering why the tribal adults, aka parents and tribal leaders are not teaching these skills.
