Russia loves the Red States so it would be more realistic if NYC was hit ... plus it wouldnt fuck up a bunch of farmland with fallout. That being said, I've read on more than one occasion that they will never go nuclear since their goal is to rule the earth not destroy it. Look to whatever CERN is up to ...
