Is the US being blackmailed?

Every time I see more money going to Ukraine. I feel like Ukraine is blackmailing JB due to the video showing JB threatening to withhold money if they don't fire someone. Ironically, then the Trump/Zelensky call was part of Trump's impeachment. There must be more to that. Is the reason why JB refuses to go to Ukraine due to the warrant?
Just random thoughts.

You cant blackmail someone with a video you can find on YouTube. I've shown that video of Biden to probably 100 people in person and they are all shocked every time. Its fucking right out in the open, blatant corruption and hypocrisy. It's a MASSIVE red pill
